We had a great time and the food was delicious! Wear your eatin' pants when you go!
The resturant was way too HOT!!! Overall it was fun but I would not revisit the resturant.
we arrived with our party of 6 and were seated promptly, menu explained thouroughly and the food was just delicious. We would definetly return again and again.
OUR EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST.IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS 13TH BIRTHDAY ,AND IT DID NOT START OUT TO WELL.WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE LIMO SERVICE ,AND SHE WAS UPSET.BUT IT ALL GOT CHANGED AROUND WHEN WE GOT TO FIRE&ICE.HER NIGHT TURNED OUT TO BE THE "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER".SO I THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THAT HAPPEN.
Not a bad experience, would have preferred to have a window seat or something but nothing i can do about that.
I went here on a date and had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was great, and we were so happy with all the different options. Definitely recommend!
A good place to eat for a good price in downtown Boston. However, the service was very slow. It took 15 minutes after we ordered them to get drinks.
Very kid friendly in the sense it is loud and entertaining. Good for groups because they can accomodate large parties very easily, but it kind of breaks up your group having to stand at the grill and wait for your food (and every one's food being ready at different times). Lunch was very inexpensive.
First time at Fire &Ice and not my last time. What a great dinner experience. Pick what you want to eat from a large amount of raw food, bring it to the grill and the great and entertaining chefs grill your food. They offer gluten free items and will cook your meal alone not to mix with other good on the large grill.
