Have been to Providence F+I many times, but this was my first visit to Boston venue. Food was good as usual. Cooks were friendly and entertaining. Wait staff not so much.
Great food, but horrible service!
This restaurant is amazing. Excellent concept. Great food, great price. If you pick the right sauce, you can't go wrong. You will not regret this choice. Too bad they don't have one in every major city in the U.S.
Overall a good experience if you are not expecting spectacular food. It is more about the experience. Getting food on the grill and cooked was quick and the chefs kept the crowd entertained.
It was great for our 13 yr old daughter and her friends. Very cool, great music, and good environment. Food was not great as u might expect given it all cooked on a single grill at the same time. Overall great for teens
This was my first time at Fire and Ice for my 1 year anniversary with my gorgeous girlfriend....I had a BLAST! The food was very good and the chef's were awesome! One of them made me throw my own cheese on my burger and I was the closest one to do so! Picking raw food to your liking then getting it cooked in front of you is on of the most brilliant ideas I have ever experienced. I will visit Fire and Ice again.
It was our first time at this restaurant, which seems to mainly cater to a younger crowd of 15-30 or so. Place is a bit crammed and noisy and seems to give of a club scene type of vibe. You select your food and bring it to the grill in the center of the restaurant, where a number of cooks are ready to grill your food to perfection. My 15 & 18 year old loved the place and I could certainly see why.
Good as always. Would have liked to see a few more selections - like sweet potato and winter squash - but still came away full.
It is a fun place to go for groups of adults and families.
