Great service and delicious options. It was a fun experience with great value
Food and service was good. Bathrooms were unsanitary, flooring was slippery in areas throughout dining room. Dining room needs updating.
Food was absolutely delicious! Love the variety of choices to have. Not expensive at all for good quality food, buffet style on the hibachi grill. Well worth it!
Fire and Ice is always good! Service is great and it is a fun atmosphere. It can get real busy after 6, so go early

Food was delicious. The hostess wasn't friendly at all. Barely acknowledged us. Our waitress was great. She explained how everything worked. Overall we had a fun experience. I would go again. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The option to create your own meal is amazing! The chefs are very quick and attentive to how you want your choices cooked. Be wary of going when there are a lot of birthdays.
If you’re looking to do something different it is a good choice. I’d suggest going at a time when it’s not as busy. We were not in a good table because we were too close to the grill and people kept bumping into us. Our waiter barely checked on us because was busy multi-tasking with bartender duties. But, the food was fresh and we did eat more than our money’s worth.
