We went here for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The food and our server were great. It was crowded and some of the other guests were rude to my group. Would love to try it on a not so busy day. Overall it was a good experience.
Restaurant was great for a casual night out; definitely for a younger crowd.
Hi , everything was wonderful , until it was time to pay . Every year fire & ice gives me a free birthday dinner. The past 3 years I haven’t been able to use my code due to covid , and one year being that I was hospitalized. This year I came with 19 other people . We enjoyed the food , the environment etc . But I wasn’t able to use my code , so I ended up paying for my dinner . All in all everything was good.
Nice place for young folks or young at heart. Basically, a buffet with food that needs to be prepared while you watch. College students and young adults are the target audience.
For me and my family it was our first time there and we all greatly enjoyed it and will be planning to come back
More servers are needed! Our server was also the bartender so he was busy making drinks at the bar, and we barely got refills and it took close to 40 minutes to get my first round of WATER!! Plates were piling up, my son (who has a shellfish allergy) had his food delivered to the wrong table, and I had to continuously walk up to our server/bartender at the bar for requests.
Overall, it was just okay. There was a bit of chaos knowing how to navigate the “buffet” areas with everyone else to fill your bowl with the to-be-cooked food- and then again as you wait in a line-ish to finally get to a spot around the circular grill. Not my favorite experience.

Absolutely fantastic. Drove 80 miles to try it and will be doing it again asap
