First time visiting this establishment for dinner, it was so good we came back for brunch!! Delicious!!! Very affordable! You won’t leave hungry 😋 ♥️Staff are fantastic!! A must visit if you’re in Boston 💥

They were very accommodating for a large group and great for people who have allergies. 100% recommend!
Large selection of protein, noodles, and veggies. The grill moved very fast and had you back at your table in 5-7mins.
It would be nice if there was a way to order drinks through a tablet or soemthing while at the table. Our server only really came by when he weren’t at the table so we never got a chance to order a second round of drinks.
We went to Fire and Ice on July 29, 2023. We were told the wait would be 2 hours. We decided to wait. While waiting, on a fluke, surfing the internet I happened to find the open table app. Was actually able to make a reservation for 630 PM (a 1/2 hr after we had actually been there) and got a table!! Thank you open table for saving us! Like I said we got in, the food was good, the restaurant was pretty cool (kinda like a studio 54 vibe), but the sound level was pretty loud. Great to be finally back (since preCovid) to intro new friends to big grill dining experience & celebrate a birthday. Friends were delighted and had fun as first-timers. Food choices for grill were awesome as usual. The grill chefs did great job cooking and interacting with customers. Staff were terrific with birthday shout-out for our friend who found a namesake on staff--they had great quick chat over their unique name. Once it got busy the food line became very dirty and people we’re literally putting their hands in the food
