There was a huge group who came in after we brought our food back to the table. The noise level was high but the fresh ingredients were refilled and there were plenty of bowls and the area was kept neat and organized. The grilling for the 2 people i was with was fine, my ingredients were not fully cooked (vegetables were raw) also i noticed that the spatulas used for the shrimp were not cleaned off and were used for all of the grilled items. My daughter came here for her 16th birthday with some friends and had the best time! Food was delicious, service was great, would recommend!!

We went to Fire & ice years ago at the Cambridge location and remember it being wonderful. This experience was mediocre at best and we would likely not return.

This place was just great all in all! Yes it is $25 a person but it’s a all you can eat so that $25 a person is worth it! They have all types of food, from pasta, steak tips, rice, seafood, and a lot of vegetables! And don’t forget about the sauces! This place was truly amazing, for our reservation we we’re celebrating a friends birthday, and how they celebrate the birthday was truly amazing, they get everyone’s attention and just start singing happy birthday!! Very unique and cool. My teen loved it! Lots of food choices, and watching the team grill everything is fun. The $5 Mango Mai Tai was terrific. But it was quite loud, and our service was not great — had to ask three times for more water. It was quite busy (which also impacted the noise level) but that felt a little much.

Fire + Ice does not disappoint. There are so many options to choose from for grilling I only wish my appetite was bigger. The food was amazing.
