Lost purse. Old acct shut down. New acct not set up from 2/19. Bank mistake. 5 days later correction being made but they are not thinking they can accelerate anything. They said they would try.

Not only does this bank not have enough branches on the South Side of Chicago they charge a fee for using another ATM and checking your balance at the ATM. Do your research bride opening an account here, I wish I did!
This bank is so far behind the times! No app , takes forever to get online with them , and few locations. Everytime I call , I get nothing but attitude and can't understand half of the people that answer! Get with the times , find better people. My husband has been there 13 years , after seeing how well my bank does he is finally switching !!!!! Go to a better bank if you like your insanity!

I can only write about their HSA products, which are standard, but the customer service is severely lacking. The bank seems to require that any activity on such an account be seen as fraudulent and require a phone call to confirm each and every transaction, mind you the card has a MasterCard logo on it. The phone calls are annoying to say the least and on the verge of harassment. This is one customer they have lost for life!
:( i can't tell you how many times i cannot log into my account online ...although it seems to have just become an issue over the past 2 years. so so so frustrating. this is the third time already in less than a month. i keep trying (on mltiple devies/networks) and it just times out. and WHY do i keep getting a security warning, that the site is not trusted....and this is a bank?? get it together.
Closed all 4 accounts because they charge for paper statements. Stupid and greedy bank.
