Your bank bought out the bank I used for over a decade, Southport Bank. I used them for over a decade due to lack of fees, and lack of issues. At least once a month I’m tempted to close my account now, whether it’s double overdraft fees, or double fees for using another ATM; other ATM’s i HAVE to use because the one branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin is the only one of your bank’s ATM’s even remotely close to me. My car loan was sold to FAB. I don't bank with them, I use a credit union and since I haven't set up online bill pay through my CU, I call in my monthly payment. About every other time I call, I'm told there's a late fee from a different month. In Oct, my payment that I called in was never processed correctly so it wasn't showing as paid. It would've been great had I been notified that my debit card was compromised and shut off before I was halfway to my vacation destination, at a gas station, with no money, and on my way to do black Friday shopping. Notified being the key word. I missed out on my vacation plans, and my Christmas shopping. NOT a happy customer. NOT.

Be safe of this place with your money and credit. Recently I pulled a loan from a different institution and found out First American bank was monitoring my credit. A few days later I get a call from unknown name and number working for bank saying they know I pulled my credit for mortgage and tried selling myself. Worst bank in the world will close your account and not tell you and charge you up to 30 days after they close your account for late fees this bank does some shady business don't waist your time and money
They work with shady businesses, I have a feeling the business is running a Ponzi scheme.
I have been banking with First American Bank for over 5 years, service at the Pulaski Branch has been great. I recently lost my debt card, I called to get a new one. I was charged a $10 replacement fee, I was told it would take about 3-4 business days to arrive. It’s been over 10 days and I haven’t received anything.
Mobile banking is always down when you need it. What's worse is I always have to call to unlock my account. Which yes you will get a call on Monday to unlock it.
