Deactivates debit card for no reason. When you call, business is closed & you are forced to wait until the next business day. They claim the text message was answered late when no text was ever sent. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call their customer. Piss poor customer service!

Avoid this bank! I have gone across the street to buy lunch - card declined - fraud alert. My lunch break is 30 minutes so I didn’t eat that day because break was over by the time I was granted access to my money.
