First American bank is awesome!! David (Kankakee branch) is my and my mom's favorite. They really learn their customers. They are quick on fraud..that department knows their business. I've got my card info stolen twice and each time they took care of me quick and professionally. This is the bank that makes you feel like family. I have all my accts here my kids and to be honest my entire extended family banks here. I mostly deal with the Skokie Branch all the people there are just so friendly, nice, helpful, and always say hello and asks about the family..A bank with caring people that you can trust.
