When we first moved to Utah in late 2005, we were referred to Garett to help us with our first home purchase. He thrilled us with his thorough attention to detail and friendly, personable approach. He also has repeatedly worked with us to get amazing rates and programs through our several refinances and other needs. We won’t use anyone else.

Jeremy was so helpful in the lending process. He is non judgmental, considerate, kind and very efficient. He made the process so smooth and easy . I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Mr. Hollingshead was courtious, and patient as he explained the details of what was needed to obtain a loan. He explained each detail of the documents we were to sign, and the meaning of the phraises. He helped us qualify for the loan and was very accomodating with our time schedule, and explained the process of apraisements and trust agreements.

Jeremy helped us with the refinance of our home mortgage and took the time to review our situation and explain all the loan options and recommend the best one to meet our financial goals. He was always prompt to respond to any questions via email, text, or phone call and kept us updated on the status of our loan. He was very thorough in reviewing everything with us and letting us know what to expect but also made the process quick and simple. We would definitely use Jeremy again.

Jeremy was awesome! Him gave me a lot of information about the type of loans specific to my situation. Also made suggestions that could improve my credit score to help get the best possible interest rates. He walked me thru all the steps and answered any questions I had.

Shaun is very professional. Throughout the home buying process he was helpful. When problems arised he handled them quickly and kept us in the loop. We had a set back, and I let him know that it frustrated me that it wasn't foreseen. Shaun redoubled his efforts and worked to make sure no more snags interfered with the process. I am very happy with Shaun and his team. I hope to be able to work with him again in the future.
