We received all the documents on time and it was good working with Jeremy and Austin. There were some emails that were urgent and very short notice but otherwise it was great working with them.

I can't say enough regarding my gratitude for Marlin. As a first time home buyer I had little idea what I was doing. He was able to review the loan I had and went above and beyond in a very short time to secure a new loan for me with a much better interest rate. He was available, responsive and patient.
