Shaun made qualifying for a loan quick and easy. He answered any questions we had, no matter how ridiculous our questions were, without being condescending and making us feel like idiots. He didn't even get upset when I asked him how old he was, because he has such a cute baby face. I can state with confidence that he is old enough and smart enough to know what he's doing.

Shaun took care of everything from the very beginning, in fact he actually found our Home we closed on. (Not sure why I had a realtor) Shaun went above and beyond his job scope and even showed up at our closing day with a house warming gift! I would defentetly recommend Shaun Russon, he will be my loan officer for life!
