I had a fabulous experience working with Garett. He was very personable and got to know me and what my needs were. He has a great attention to detail, was very quick to respond to any questions that I had, is very knowledgeable, and is an extremely nice person to work with.
Garett Petersen handled all the process in first obtaining a letter of credit approval and then an actual loan on our recent home purchase in Utah. We were out of state and Garett made the process so easy. He was always willing to answer any questions I may have and very prompt with responses to texts, phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a home loan!
Quick responses to my questions and explained what to expect. Friendly and professional. Loan closed early which helped me get into my home by Thanksgiving.

Jeremy was awesome to work with. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and he was very patient and willing to answer all of our questions. He walked us through the home buying process and helped us understand everything along the way. I really liked that he was up front about how everything worked from the beginning. He was great to work with. I would definitely recommend him!

Good Customer service is rare in southern Utah but Jeremy and his firm excel at it. I was very happy with his communication and follow up skills. He went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or advise.

Thomas was kind and caring. Never felt pushed or rushed. Felt like we were dealing with a friend. Showed and presented multiple options without us even having to ask. Told us what to expect and what he has seen from working in the industry which helped put us at ease. Would call and text as well as drive to our work to provide information. Thomas was extremely easy to work with. This was our first mortgage loan and Thomas made sure we understood everything and made the process simple. He was always willing to answer the many questions we had. He was a pleasure to work with and if we ever buy another home we will definitely use him again.
We looked high and low at various first time home buyers options, but the sellers needed to close a bit faster than a typical sale. Our preferred lender couldn't promise to close by the required date, but Tom was able to get us a loan with everything we were looking for, and have it closed in time. We're really happy to have worked with him! Would highly recommend him without reservations.
We turned to Debbie at First Colony when our chosen lender left us high and dry. Debbie went above and beyond for us, she worked late, pushed for things to get done and did everything she could so that we could meet our deadline and follow through with the purchase of our first home.
