I loved working with Kellie. I wanted to know all of my options and what my payment would be with each different loan scenario. She walked us through every little detail and I knew what to expect ahead of each step in the loan process. She was also really responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which was often! Shaun was super awesome during our home buying experience! He was available 24/7 and even through the holiday season with any and all questions we had for him. He is very knowledgeable and helped make everything clear and understandable before proceeding. I’m a single mom with a limited income. I didn’t think I could get into a home but Austin and Jeremy did all they could to get me in a home of my own. They were very professional and easy to work with.
