Blake took on our loan after another lender could not get job done and he got it finished in such short amount of time and made all of our deadlines.he exceded our expectations.there is nothing he could have improved on he is great at what he dose.i would highly recommend him.dont even waste your time looking anywhere else.

Wonderful service and we closed on time which was super important to us! This team was highly recommended my my realtor and was very friendly they even worked on our loan on Thanksgiving day!

We were kept well informed throughout the entire process. With each step, we were notified of progress and what to expect next. Links to Informational Videos were sent out systematically as we moved through the process from start to finish. Plus easy-to-use electronic signing notification were provided as well. Working with Becky and her team at First Colony Mortgage was great! This was my first home purchase, and Becky kept in contact with me for about 18 months to help me get fully prepared to purchase a home. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely be working with Becky and her team again in the future.

This was our first home purchase. Not only was I worried about buying the home but I thought for sure it was going to be a long and tidious process. I didn't pick Becky's company, they were recommended to me by our Realtor. When we first got started I knew exactly what was required of me. This is our second time using Becky and her team and we have had first class service every time! The process is as seamless as it can be and her whole team is incredible to work with. The attention to detail, the focus on customer service, and the professionalism in which the transaction is handled makes them superior above all other lenders. If there were more stars to give....they would deserve them.

I have worked with this lender twice and both times were as smooth as it could have been. I have recommended him to two of my friends, who both said he was great too.
