It was effortless working with Becky. Everyone at First Colony Mortgage was very nice and professional. They made buying my house relatively stress free and would call Becky if I were ever going to buy again.
So professional, was so helpful every step of the way!! They made sure everything was completed on time. Would go to them every time. Amazing people to work with.
Becky was so great to work with. Their team worked hard, but were polite and courteous. A balance that others struggle with. Their expertise got the job done and got us in our home even though our case was a little tricky. In short, I highly recommend this team.
When I worked with Becky Staples, the loan process was very efficient. She was organized and minimized the amount of my time taken by the loan process. She also provided some useful advice when we were buying our first investment property.

Becky was amazing to work with while getting our loan for our new home. My wife and I had several hiccups during the loan process and Becky made sure we were in the loop while taking care of the necessary steps to overcome those obstacles. She made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process!
Jeremy and his staff were very helpful and professional. Our loan went very smoothly and I can't say that I would have changed a thing. He was always available when I had questions and we always felt like we were in good hands. Happy that we found them!
