Overall the experience with First Colony Mortgage was very good. I was well informed on each step, both verbally by Austin and by watching the video clips they sent to my text and email. Jon Aldrich was so great. This is the second time we have worked with him and we look forward to the next. I always felt like he had our best interest in mind and helped us identify the best loan for our situation. We went with a 20yr loan and he helped us get and lock an interest rate right before they shot up. I have already given his name to my closest friends and family because he really is the best!
