I was wanting to buy a second home and was told I had to wait another year inorder to try, No one would even try. Shaun said he was pretty sure he could do it. He made a call to Freddiemac and had me approved in a few days, he had to wait on me. He has helped friends of mine do the same thing. He knows his stuff and he is willing to quickly learn what he needs to know.

I would recommend Jeremy to anyone need help purchasing a home. He was always available for any questions we had, which weren't many because he explained and sent us helpful information before we asked. Couldn't be happier!

Having Shaun do my loan was the best thing about buying my home! Really though, the loan was so stress free with him. He handled everything so well and professional. He also had great communication and explained things in a way I could understand ha. I can't thank him enough! He is super knowledgeable and I felt comfortable entrusting him with my information. Travis was great to work with. He helped my wife and me to understand the mortgage process during the purchase of our first home. He was always willing to answer questions and clarify things when I didn't understand. Brandon got us in with a warm smile and his friendly charm! Then told us Becky was the one who would guide us the rest of the way. We were a young nervous couple so having Becky keep us on track and constantly telling us exact deadlines and what to bring. Not to mention her whole office and team making us always feel welcome and as if we had no stupid questions!

Thanks Becky!! We will always be grateful. We tried getting a house for 2 years. We tried many different lenders but because we are self employed, even though we have retirement income, no one would look at us. We were desperate to get into a house to help our autistic son get away from our busy business and Becky came through. Thank you.

As a construction worker I am always a temporary employee, and always working away from home. This created some unique challenges as I was unable to gather all the documents needed. First Colony Mortgage was able to gather all the documents required to get approval for a VA loan long distance in under 30 days. Without their help we would have been unable to make this all happen and not have been able to purchase our home. Everyone was very kind and helpful, thanks Becky and your team for all your help
