Very responsive, and very helpful in explaining the process and provided different options to achieve what we needed to qualify for our loan. Worked closely with my realtor to ensure that everything he needed was available for submitting offers. We submitted three offers and Mike was always available to provide what we needed no matter the time of day. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
The mortgage process for me is usually very time consuming and stressful. A friend recommend Mike to me so I ultimately went with him to do my loan. Working with Mike was smooth and as painless as possible. He's knowledgeable, experienced and has a way of simplifying things so they don't seem as daunting. Mike provided excellent service & communication. He is knowledgeable, patient, & reliable, and was willing to spend the necessary time to find the right mortgage to fit my needs.
Mike is super responsive and detailed. He broke down every housing cost from the taxes, hoa, insurance and closing costs in each of the properties I sent him that I was interested in. He would send in an email and explain it thoroughly. When I would put in an offer, he would call the selling agent to let them know that I had secure financing. There were no surprises in costs. Would definitely work with him again in the future.
Our experience using First Heritage Mortgage was absolutely top-notch.
