We received professional and helpful service on our first home purchase. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. This is our 2nd time working with Mike and First Heritage Mortgage. The advantage to working with Mike versus a big bank is that you are able to get individualized attention and he is able to talk anytime and respond quickly to questions. He truly cares about his clients and is able to keep everyone calm when stressful situations arise. He explains things clearly and in terms that his clients can understand. Mike was great throughout the whole home buying process. He stayed in regular contact and made himself available. He gave great advice and said he was willing to help even after our loan was picked up by another lender post sale.
