I previously bought a home in 2018 and was fortunate enough to work with Blake which created a pain free process. When I was in the market to upgrade my home it was a no brained to work with him again. While we felt sure we were going to go with an outside lender, we missed the deadline to submit our request and decided to put our faith in FHM rather than let our contract go into default. Mike was there for us and sent us the estimate we requested right away so we could review with our trusted lender. Mike was very helpful through the mortgage processes. From the first hello until congratulations on your purchase. Mike was always available and answered all of our questions and concerns. From time to time when no communication was needed Mike reached out with financial wisdom insights and advice for preparation of our purchase.
