James Walker and the rest of Team Walker were very helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. They were always there to answer all of the questions I had as a first time homebuyer. I also appreciated all of the email updates as my application moved from one stage to the next. I would highly recommend them.
EVERY step of the way, Mike made it easy and understandable for a person such as myself who does not “do finance”. He’ll text you, email you, call you…. Send helpful encouraging milestone videos! Very personable! Much needed in this day and age! He looks out for your best interest!
