Against all tight closing schedule, Whit and team closed our loan on time and at a great. Was extremely helpful before, during and after closing, and very communicative throughout the process.

As a first time homebuyer, I was anxious about the lending process as I’ve heard it can be difficult. That was not my experience at all working with Brad. He explained everything up front and continuously checked in with me over my home search. I had to put offers on three different houses before I got my new home and Brad was always on top of reaching out to me and the realtors with my approval for each home price. Couldn’t be happier with my First Heritage experience! Great rates and great people.
