As a first time homebuyer, I was anxious about the lending process as I’ve heard it can be difficult. That was not my experience at all working with Brad. He explained everything up front and continuously checked in with me over my home search. I had to put offers on three different houses before I got my new home and Brad was always on top of reaching out to me and the realtors with my approval for each home price.
