I have done 4 transactions with James - these have included both refi's and new loans. On the first three, he was solid and delivered on all of his initial commitments. The fourth was a doozy. We were buying a historic manor on a 40 acre parcel. At the last moment Fannie and Freddie both informed us that the property was too unique for them to finance.
