I purchased a home in Raleigh just recently and the lending/mortgage process was very quick and easy thanks to George and the nice people at First Heritage Mortgage. We went with Mike after shopping a few lenders because he gave us an approximately 25 basis point better rate than his competitors. He and his team also were able to close in a very short amount of time (2-3 weeks), which we appreciated. He also worked with us to get our credit rating to the place it needed to be for the best rate.
