We went with Mike after shopping a few lenders because he gave us an approximately 25 basis point better rate than his competitors. He and his team also were able to close in a very short amount of time (2-3 weeks), which we appreciated. He also worked with us to get our credit rating to the place it needed to be for the best rate.
Mike helped me understand the entire process. He made himself available whenever I needed help understanding my loans. What could have been a very stressful process was made simple. It's so nice to work with someone you know you can trust.
