Mike Ott was wonderful to work with through the loan and mortgage process. We had a construction loan that was then converted to a mortgage which was more involved than a standard mortgage. Mike was knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. He was responsive and always available to answer questions and provide information. When we ran up against delays with our builder, he was flexible and worked his magic to get us to closing on time.

I am a first-time homebuyer and Mike and his team were awesome. Super responsive to any questions I had, and we did everything electronically, but I was always able to pick up the phone and call with questions and they got back to me right away. Mike was very straightforward in explaining various aspects of the whole process, and I never felt like I was being talked into a bigger mortgage than I could handle. The whole process was pretty painless.

John and his team were fantastic. They were a word of mouth recommendation. As a first time home buyer, they talked me through every single question that I raised. The paperwork process and application were a breeze. They kept things simple enough for a first timer, but thorough enough where I didn't feel like I was being led astray. Working with Jeff and his team was truly a pleasure. Everyone on the team was extremely professional, responded to emails in a timely manner, and were always available to answer any ridiculous questions that I had. Their portal made uploading documents super easy and painless. This has to be the best lending experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend them enough because they are AMAZING!
