Michael and his team were extremely responsive and communicated throughout each stage of the process. He provided very honest and thorough feedback on every question or concern that I had.
Michael was very friendly and business oriented. He insured that my loan was processed efficiently and completed on time. I've utilized several lenders in the past with Quicken Loans in that group. Michael and his team proved to be as comparable as they were.
Michael was phenomenal during our process. He was prompt, courteous, and always explained everything in detail. He even called the Seller’s Agent and we got the house we wanted even though they had offers above ours. That is very rare in this area. Michael is highly recommended!
