I had referred Sandra to my parents who bought a place in DC and then I used her for my first time purchase. She was so amazing and responsive at all hours throughout the day/weekend. She worked so hard in order to get our loan completed despite several hurdles that we had to overcome and truly took the time to explain everything to me. Mike and the First Heritage Mortgage team were excellent to work with. They made the home buying process smooth, efficient, and painless. All our communications were detailed with what to expect, who to expect it from, exactly what should be sent or posted to the online portal, when pieces of the process would take place, etc, and then each of those parts of the process went as expected. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive, helpful, and worked well together to make this process easy!

Sandra worked very closely with me while understanding my requirements. It happened so that I had to be out of country with very little access to internet and phone. Sandra managed to communicate with me with these restrictions from my side. Everything was worked out as needed, within the required time frame.
