Mr. Kinne was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed within the time frame promised. I really appreciated Scott's help in closing our loan. Being a first time home buyer, he took the time to explain in detail the process and answered all my questions. He made both my wife and I feel comfortable and was never pushy or acted like he was trying to sell us a product. When it came time to lock in my rate, he went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the rate and point combination I received. He is highly recommended and I will use him again if I buy in the area again.

Scott helped me with a mortgage for a purchase then helped me lower my rate for a refinance. Very competitive rates, very open and honest with his information, very knowledgeable on all of the options to make the mortgage work. He offered some great advice that helped with our transition.

Michael made my first house buying experience stress free and helped me every step of the way. No question was too big or small for him to answer. I felt constantly supported and he made it simple with step by step help in a very overwhelming process. Helped my Wife and I purchase our first home. Had to switch the loan product midway through the process. Mike got the loan switched quickly and effectively, without affecting our closing date. Also, the closing department made an error in calculating our closing costs resulting in us having to bring an extra $755 with us to closing. Mike made sure that First Heritage made things right and reimbursed us for their error.
