Patrick went above and beyond what I thought a lender would do. Patrick was very helpfu in getting us a pre-approval letter so that we could start our home search. He was very helpful in us choosing the correct financing that worked for us. When we found a home that was a possibility Patrick would show us three different loan senerios so we could see how the numbers would work out.
