She made the process so easy! I did not use a realtor and she walked me through each and every step. I appreciate she also allowed for me to call anytime if I had questions or concerns at any step. She was a great help through this process and for it being my first home purchase!

We purchased our home back in 2002. The interest rates were much higher back then. I wanted to refinance to lower my payment, but due to a long term illness and being on disability, I was told by others it was not possible. Maureen went the extra mile and found a program that was able to shorten the term of my loan by 10 years AND lower my monthly payment by almost $300/mo!!! Troy was truly a joy to work with, he was very efficient and easy to work with. He was always there to answer all of my questions and gave me first class and excellent service. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and will definitely come back to him in the future. It was my first home purchase and I am glad I worked with him

I appreciated how available he was - whenever I called, he was happy to spend as much time as I needed explaining things.
