I was referred to Donna by a bank loan officer who told me that she is one of the most experienced people in the business. He was correct and, thanks to Donna, our refinance process was smooth, fast, and efficient, even accounting for the holidays and COVID. It was a pleasure to work with Donna.

As an expat investor, I knew it would be difficult to get a loan. Chris was one of the few lenders flexible enough to take on the challenge. I appreciated how available he was - whenever I called, he was happy to spend as much time as I needed explaining things. I also liked his informational videos once we entered each phase of the loan process.

We worked with Chris Wharton at 1st Ohio Home Finance to purchase several investment properties in Dayton, Middletown, and Franklin OH. Given the size of the portfolio, we were pleasantly surprised that closing was as smooth as any single transaction we had in the past on previous homes with other lenders in various parts of the country. He and his team are responsive, professional, and go above and beyond for their clients. I absolutely recommend Chris. We look forward to working with him again very soon.

I've worked with a couple lenders on investment properties, and had a very smooth close with Chris + Team. They have a streamlined system and were always very responsive with communication. They also have great referrals for insurance brokers, etc. Would recommend!
