I've used Chris 3 times so far for personal transactions. Two purchases and a refinance. I'm a Real estate agent and he's been instrumental in closing DOZENS of deals for me and other agents. His team is transparent, communicative, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

Maureen was super helpful, very thorough, quickly attentive, and made sure that we understood the process we were getting into. Beyond that, even after our sale went through and everything was closed out, Maureen still took my calls and answered other loosely connected questions I had to the home buying process.

I was referred to Tammy by a friend and I could not be happier with the job she did. She is super responsive and gets things completed quickly. I was even able to close on my house a week early! I was a first time home buyer so a had a ton of questions, but Tammy was able to answer all of them and walk me through the entire process. I will absolutely be recommending Tammy to any family or friends that are buying a home.

I had already begun a refinancing application with another national lender and had an approval, however, a colleague at work referred me to First Ohio Home Finance, Inc. because he was in the middle of refinancing with them and I needed to give them an opportunity.
