Chris provided by far the best service. He was very informative and effectively communicated every single step in the process. I had pleasure of working with Chris Wharton when purchasing my first home and he was incredibly helpful walking me through the process. answered any question I had punctually and was able to get everything closed on the house in record time. I even had a follow up question 30 days after we closed and he still provided the same high level of service. To keep it simple and short, Dave Mac at First Ohio Home was incredible. Always kept us updated every step of the way via email, text, and calls. He was never shy to hold any details back, and was beyond professional. This was a huge process for us being FHA, but he worked his magic every step of the way and made sure to take the best care of us... Thank you again DAVE MAC!!!

Dave Macintyre provided clear and consistent guidance throughout the process of purchasing a home. He was available to answer my numerous questions (even early in the morning when I was signing closing documents!) and communicated about the various options available to me. Donna ward did excellent job of keeping us informed and making sure that we felt important in the whole process she was very kind and treated us like a member of the family we felt that the advice she gave us was excellent the best interest she answered al of our question no matter how many times we asked she walked us through every step and made it easy.I highly recommend her. thanks You Donna.for helping us buy first home.

This is our second time working with Tammy and it was literally a breeze. A couple phone calls and a few emails and bam, closing at our home and completely on our terms. Tammy was recommended by a close friend who worked with her on more than one mortgage and was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After working with her, I couldn't agree more! She worked with me on some "unusual" items that occurred throughout the home buying and lending experience and she exceeded my expectations every time! Hayden did a fantastic job to get us into our new house! We had last minutes issues with the grant we were supposed to get, and he worked hard to figure out a way to save us so much money! We would recommend him to anyone.
