We worked with John to buy or first home in late 2018 early 2019 and it was a very easy experience. John was in fact so helpful that we already recommended working with him to our friends who were beginning their home search. Something that really stood out was just being available. We were working strange schedules at the time so our realtor would meet us at properties late in the evening. I was handed to Dave by another mortgage officer I was working with that was getting out of the business and honestly it was the best thing that could have ever happened for me. Dave was fast and efficient and he’s a straight shooter which I respect. He kept me in the loop the whole time and turned this from something I thought was impossible into reality. Our time working with donna was great. Not only did she get us a great deal on our first home but stayed in contact with us and answered any questions we had and made we completely understood what we had to do or sign before we did it or we didnt sign it till we did. We got our pre approval and then once we found a house the whole loan process took about 6 weeks.
Brandon and his team made buying my house incredibly easy. He was always available for any questions that came up, even late in the evening and weekends! The process was quick and ready to close ahead of schedule. All of the final numbers came to exactly what he quoted. The electronic signatures were convenient and efficient with my busy schedule.
