I have refinanced with First Ohio Home Finance a couple times, working specifically with Donna Ward. She was fantastic and kept me informed through the entire process. If I did not understand something, she took the time to explain. She always worked hard to make sure I got the lowest rates available. If I ever need a lender again, I will 100% reach out to Donna.

Mary works very hard for her clients. This is my second house that I’ve used her for and I recommend her to anyone. My parents used her and they were impressed at the job she did. I recommended her to a co-worker. After talking to her he wanted to shop just to see if he can get a better rate. He immediately went back to Mary and is closing next week. She gets things done.

Donna was great to work with throughout the entire process of finding our new home. She was always very responsive and prompt with information when we needed it.
