1 star for service only. The food is a 5 star rating. We came in around 11:45 am and it was busy, but not anything crazy. After about 15 minutes we were given water and told that our server would be with this shortly. Never happened. We stopped 2 employees to ask if we could see our server, that never happened. sat there at the bar for 10-15 minutes while th bar staff just stood there talking to each other. every now and then they'd walk by me to go talk to other bar staff. lazy. Friday night bar staff. the two ladies were the ones chatting and one guy would eventually chime in. I ended up leaving without ordering. fit to the manager. if you need a reason to fire someone, here it is. Watch the video if you need

Worst service ever , had to wait for an hour to be served. Not coming back. Food is great, but service leaves much to be desired, starts with managing the online wait list and ends with waiters not serving on time.

Steak and Broccolini was bland. They also forgot the loaded mash and A1. For an expensive meal it was not worth it. Had to go on Doordash for help. Would not order from this place again.

Service. The food was on point. My family of 5 came in around 5:30 and were seated immediately. Someone brought us water but then we didn't see our waitress for 15 minutes. We ordered our food, apps came and drinks. We sat with empty drinks for the entire table and not approached again for about 15 minutes where we asked if the waitress was available to take our order. The best thing I can say is that we got a seat quickly. We were greeted by a quirky but polite server that appeared to be all over the place in terms of attention and quality of service. She also started badly by bringing water to the table and gripping the glasses by the rim where we are supposed to place our mouths. The atmosphere here was amazing! First time here. It's unfortunate that the food was absolutely terrible!!!! We ordered multiple items off the menu and all were barely edible. I wanted to have a different result , but this food is bad. Really bad.

We have been here several times and have always had a great experience, until tonight. Tonight was very disappointing. It first started at the bar.
