The atmosphere here was amazing! First time here. It's unfortunate that the food was absolutely terrible!!!! We ordered multiple items off the menu and all were barely edible. I wanted to have a different result , but this food is bad. Really bad.

We have been here several times and have always had a great experience, until tonight. Tonight was very disappointing. It first started at the bar. It took forever for the bartender to ask us what drinks we wanted. Then the bartender didn't even make the correct drink. The drink was horrible and it was a cosmopolitan. The first time we came with our kids there were no issues and we came back with friends and their kids. The 2nd time we came and booked two of their bays we were told that kids under 13 were not allowed to play at all. Our kids range from 5-12 and were supervised in the bays by us so we were surprised since it had been a non issue. We were told in the first 15 minutes of being there they could not play and we'd have to leave the area. In Cedar Park we expect that kids aren't an issue so we were totally shocked. Why, Diego... I really hate leaving bad reviews, but come on, guy what happened? I was trying to enjoy a rare and much-needed date night with my beautiful wife. And honestly, it started out great. we have visited this location several times, the service is absolutely horrible! we sat at the bar (probably 9 bartenders behind the bar) we could not get one persons attention and flagging someone down was an act of congress. They made you feel like they were doing you a favor. Quote from one of the bartenders - "if it's something quick i can get it for you" and then preceded to role his eyes. Won't be back!

Seems like the blind leading the blind here. Poorly managed and supervised with seemingly poor training. No one really knew what was going on. The hostess was friendly though. Had to ask two different people to finally get a napkin and silverware for my food. The bathroom has no paper towels Or dryer fan to dry your washed hands. What the heck?! Some of the worst service out there. 100% do not recommend. Rabbit hole down the road is better . Honestly almost any bar is better than this .
Food is good. Bar service is horrible . Don't know the menu, you have to waste until they are done doing bar stuff like putting glasses up or whatever before you can order. You have to ask to order or get their attention if you needed anything.. they purposefully avoid eye contact.
