we have visited this location several times, the service is absolutely horrible! we sat at the bar (probably 9 bartenders behind the bar) we could not get one persons attention and flagging someone down was an act of congress. They made you feel like they were doing you a favor. Quote from one of the bartenders - "if it's something quick i can get it for you" and then preceded to role his eyes. Won't be back!

We visited Five Four for the first time recently and, unfortunately, it's probably not a place we'll return to--except maybe for a casual game of pickleball with a snack. Seems like the blind leading the blind here. Poorly managed and supervised with seemingly poor training. No one really knew what was going on. The hostess was friendly though. Had to ask two different people to finally get a napkin and silverware for my food. The bathroom has no paper towels Or dryer fan to dry your washed hands. What the heck?! Some of the worst service out there. 100% do not recommend. Rabbit hole down the road is better . Honestly almost any bar is better than this .

Food is good. Bar service is horrible . Don't know the menu, you have to waste until they are done doing bar stuff like putting glasses up or whatever before you can order. You have to ask to order or get their attention if you needed anything.. they purposefully avoid eye contact.

Walked in today to eat and work. Asked for the wifi. Almost verbatim from the bartender, "Yeah, we don't have wifi here for customers. Every other location of 54th St does have it, but when they opened this one, they just said 'Yeah we dont want that kind of thing here.' " In the new Silicon Valley a place like this does not offer wifi? How dumb and shortsighted. I had been a couple times for beers w my friends and never asked for the wifi. Here's the deal. We used the app to get on the waitlist. It said we would have a 5-minute wait. When we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing and the hostess told us the wait would be an hour or so. So we left. Maybe we'll go back after the opening rush. But not until the app can give us a better estimate of the wait.

We were excited to get a 54th in the area. However, this location is not like others we have been to. The food was not good, the service was horrible. Food was bland, and tasted old. Server didn't seem too interested in serving. Zero refills, zero asking how things were, only seemed to be interested in watching to see if we tipped. Too many places nearby that are so much better, at a much better value.

Everything! Went tonight 3-3-25 Going to try it for the 2nd time. The first time we went, slow service, the food was not very good. Like I said, went tonight to try it again. Sat down, took a bit for server to come to table water was brought out the water bottle had something in it and the glasses had like lipstick on them shaped as lips. Gross!
