Walked in today to eat and work. Asked for the wifi. Almost verbatim from the bartender, "Yeah, we don't have wifi here for customers. Every other location of 54th St does have it, but when they opened this one, they just said 'Yeah we dont want that kind of thing here.' Here's the deal. We used the app to get on the waitlist. It said we would have a 5-minute wait. When we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing and the hostess told us the wait would be an hour or so. So we left. Maybe we'll go back after the opening rush. But not until the app can give us a better estimate of the wait.

We were excited to get a 54th in the area. However, this location is not like others we have been to. The food was not good, the service was horrible. Food was bland, and tasted old. Server didn't seem too interested in serving. Zero refills, zero asking how things were, only seemed to be interested in watching to see if we tipped. Too many places nearby that are so much better, at a much better value.

Everything! Went tonight 3-3-25 Going to try it for the 2nd time. The first time we went, slow service, the food was not very good. Like I said, went tonight to try it again. Sat down, took a bit for server to come to table water was brought out the water bottle had something in it and the glasses had like lipstick on them shaped as lips. Gross! So am doing this review for my mom because she can't, she said she had a sandwich and the tortilla soup do not eat here and if you do be wary of the soups and sandwiches! My mom been in the restroom for two days now she had to call out of work! So again don't eat here just to be safe.

The online menu looked interesting, so we decided to give it a try. Wait staff needs more training in order to answer questions about the menu. It was Happy Hour, so we wanted to know which "Select" drafts were included in the promo. Server didn't know about the promo or which drafts were included. The Chicken Quesadilla was a decent size and was tasty, but the Calamari, also a decent size, was way too salty. Drowning it in the sauce helped, which meant we needed more, but that didn't happen. Food and drinks are amazing... the service sucks. After finishing a drink it would be 15 minutes until someone at the bar would acknowledge us. It appears that bartenders are more focused on getting other drinks made for the tables than people at the bar. I really hope they improve their customer service- because the food is amazing.

Been a long time since I left a zero dollar tip... Used to wait tables and I hate to do it but everybody failed at this process. In fairness, food was decent, restaurant is pretty good looking. Service sucked and so did management in response. Took my wife and I over an hour and a half to have a meal at 8pm on a Wednesday. Everything we got we had to ask for from the start. Can I get a drink, after waiting five to ten minutes to be acknowledged. Drink came out then I wait another fifteen minutes to ask if I can order dinner.... read more

Steak was not good, couldn't even finish it. Asparagus was under cooked. Blackened salmon was great, really good flavor. Service was awesome.
