Terrible staff! Every time I go in this place it’s the worst customer service ever…. Throw the whole store away!

What a joke... The blonde boy at the front of house is irresponsible and completely unhelpful. We arrived and were told it would be an hour and 20 minute wait. No problem. We put our party of 3 and our name down on the wait list and go out to the parking lot to wait. After an hour an a half we go in to check and what we get told is that someone else with the same name came in and they gave our table away. Placed a doordash order just now. When I received it, we were missing all of our drinks, and had no silverware. We ordered a filet mignon, mashed potatoes and salad.... I just got off the phone with this 54th st, they state that they DO NOT include silverware.... Might be good to know before I ordered what I did!! I'm in a hotel!! No silverware here, no drinks here!! The lady on the phone was so very rude... Said I could get a credit for the missing drinks for a later date...
