I walked in today to sit on the patio with one of my favorite bartenders (Mike Pettyjohn) and with my favorite 54 regulars. I sat facing the TV’s for an hour or 2. After my date finished paying our tab I was asked to leave for no given reason explained, or else they would call the police. Apparently a girl I used to work with and is dating my old roommate was serving during that time. I was at 54th Street not too long ago and I had a bug in my cup so the lady from the corporate office sent me out two coupons I use those...I was thinking since I had a little money in my pocket I will take my girl and one of my friends out to eat we ordered our food I paid with my card come to find out I got charged more.. didn't notice it until two days later that I got charged extra I even left him a cash tip I talked to a lady from corporate office yesterday she said she was going to send me out some appetizer I don't th... read more

Obviously take-out is for the MISTAKES NOT SUITABLE FOR DINE IN. Chicken fried chicken was small and overcooked. Chicken tacos that were greasy beef tacos instead . Waste of $$$! Thanks for nothing

Ordered strawberry daiquiris and they were terrible! The frozen strawberry mix was floating in rum and it was garnished with a cherry......our waiter was oblivious to the fact we were not drinking them. In fact our waiter never came back to check on us once our food arrived. The food was good.

Used to love this place however went yesterday and service was terrible!!! Waitress tried to charge us for salsa that came with the gringo dip, didnt get appetizer or salad until food came, gringo dip was cold had to send back to be reheated. I didnt get the fries that came with the chicken finger platter then when I asked for them she added it to the bill as a side. Drinks were not once refilled. The food was pretty good but I'm not sure what was happening with our waitress. we could barely understand a word coming out of her mouth and when she scribbled our order down in depth, she came back 3 mins later and said she messed up and took the entire order again. Then a manager asked what side I ordered with my food. Then the waitress came back a third time to ask my husband what he ordered. her behavior was incredibly erratic and she didn't come back to our table until the end of our meal. Food was good. The service was not. If they ask you do you have a seating preference unless you are going to sit at the bar and dtink don't eat on the patio.
We had a large party Saturday night. we have 15 in all and they act like they have never done a large party like this before. it took forever to get our drinks or salad or appetizers. When the food finally came out it was all wrong and cold. we would never go back with that many people again plus we didn't even get to seat together. very disappointed
