my first visit to that location and I was very disappointed with the service from the beginning.i had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated, the drinks were watery and the food was cold and I had to ask for lettuce and tomato. I also ask two people for ranch dressing and never received it. I will never eat at your location again,even though I only live 30 minutes. Two rude and immature hostess there today. Love this restaurant, but will not come back to this location. Very unprofessional and can’t seem to give a honest wait time
Rude hosts. Ridiculous wait for an empty restaurant. Surprised they have kept open with such reduced capacity.
Never have I ever experienced this coming here but today it was all black people on the back patio and all white people in the booths and tables inside the waiter for the back was Hispanic..idk what y’all have going on here but fix it and I have video
got their at 6:30pm..not seated til 7:15pm order taken 7:25pm (10min after seating).Meal served @ 8:20 pm.. Meal wasn't the best..drinks overpriced..Cannot and will not RECCOMEND this particular 54th St.Bar and Grill.
What we experienced Friday in front of our children I will never have good words for this particular 54th. $125.00 ... $20 tip.... Racially attacked and that person was still served and all everyone that works there could so is say sorry.... another caucasian visitor had to speak up for us? Then they incompletely give me my to go order, they told me it was ready for me to wait another 25 mins. The "All You Can Eat" soup & salad was a joke. I guess it's ok if you eat all the salad you want but try to order more soup & it's served in a joke of a bowl, not much bigger than the spoon!!!!

They have a great gluten free selection. Great fajitas and pasta too. Service ois always good.
