RecommendedI go to the Colonade location twice a week and have been to the San Marcos location a couple of times as well. Everything is always wonderful and good no complaints I was good service I have the app so I check in and I live three blocks from that location in Medical Center and San Antonio.
Had issues for the entire dinner. First was getting cold sweet tea, then sweet tea in general that took 20 minutes to make a new batch, and the first glass out was unsweetened. Took a good while to get a plate to share the appetizer with. My companies burger and fries were cold cold. My salad was good but I never did get my meal after a hour forty five of being there which wasn’t on the check. Last week I visited the blue springs location and had top notch service and food, so I continue going there instead.
I don’t recommend ordering delivery. I seriously got child/toddler sized portions. I paid too much for the small amount.
We waited 45 minutes for our order. Told them just to forget it, we will pay for appetizer and drinks and just leave. They waited few more minutes and then brought our food after we said no. Dont think we will be back. If they cant get food out in semi timely fashion at half capacity cant imagine what it would be at full capacity!

Food is not that good for the price.
The absolute worst $45 meal I've ever had. Double cheese burger looked like someone stomped on it, bun and all. We Also ordered filet mignon. Medium rare. Mashed potatoes and asparagus. First time it came out looked like thin leathery sirloin. Mgr starts to argue with me then agrees....So we send it back. I knew it was a mistake but I wanted to have faith in humanity and was thinking no big deal at first, it's just a simple mistake...
