the chicken fried chicken is bait and switch it says 10 oz. on the menu for full order and half order is 5 oz wrong the full order is 7 oz with 2 scoops of mashed potatoes for $ 3.00 more than the half order.
I ordered the blackened chicken ceasar salad. I got a couple of shards of chicken on it. So I spent $15 for lettuce. That was my go to order when I went in there. Not going there again!
management is rude to large African American groups...enough said
Get rid of your RUDE manager, Tim. He gave a co-worker of mine a hard time when her and group of people came into the establishment for a party!

RecommendedI used to get a delicious Sirloin steak there, but I saw today that they have raised the prices on all the steaks. they have lost a steak customer.
Not this location. It's almost 100 degrees with plenty of open tables but wont seat this lady because her whole party isnt here. She can't get a drink to cool off and the waiting area is crowded and hot. Blue Springs ha much better customer sevice.
Hand down my worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. First our server didn't approach our table until we were there for 20 minutes. Once the server finally arrived at our table she took our orders and it was another 40 minutes before we saw her again. We waited 1.5 hours before we spoke with a manager to inquire about our meals. The hostess likes to give constant dirty looks to paying guests for absolutely no reason. Very rude and unprofessional. A toddler would be a better fit for a hostess than her.
