Usually great, but last night I think our waiter was on drugs. He was very spaced out and couldn't follow anything that was being said.
Called in a to go order at 7....finally got the order at 8. Was told 20 min. Food is ice cold.
The waiting to get a table was too long with open tables in clear view. my girlfriend and I bought the steak they call it the terminater. Yeah it terminated us not coming back. It had way too much fat for a steak. There was a table close to where we were seated in cold room they was so loud you almost couldn't hear yourself think. I think they ordered one of everything on the menu. Then complained to get it free. I think next time we get date night. We will go back to Texas roadhouse .
Asked to sit at a high top in the bar area which had 3 such tables open. All the customers in front of us were elderly so not going to sit at a high top but hostess was so bad she seated everyone in line IN OTHER AREAS before she sat us. DUH, learn your job. Food was only so-so but what really pissed me off were the very short handled soup spoons they have. Asked a manager for a REAL spoon and he said that's it, all we got. BUY ASULT SIZE SILVERWARE AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO THINK.
I became a vegetarian about 5 years ago; pescatarian to be exact as I do eat fish and seafood. So when ordering from a vegetarian menu I take the dish itself for granted. Well, that kinda bit me in the butt tonight. I ordered my dinner and was halfway through when I not only bit into a piece of chicken, but also bacon. I was officially done eating right then. Appetizer(cheese fries) did not have near enough cheese! Main course(rattlesnake pasta) was good. Service was poor!
