Food was just ok, service was definitely lacking. Wish out waitress would have been better at listening.
I was a little disappointed ,I have been here many times and always had great food and service. The service was fair, food came cold and one order was wrong, the drinks were messed up, had a table of 8 and wanted to use a coupon for 20% off and because 3 people out of 8 had water was told could not use it.... So ended up getting 3 glasses if yes.
The servers here think it's appropriate to laugh at elderly customers. Down right disrespectful! Here's your "tip" Karla learn some manners!
Food was great got sat right away the waiter was horrible. Me and my two kids went in and he never said his name just said "what do you want." He got my drink order wrong and came to our table only once
So when does an 8oz soup equal a bowl?got the steak soup bowl on the express to go, got home & found out that is their "bowl" of soup. Definitely not worth $4.50
The worst service ever seen could not even Order food because bartender was to busy drinking. Will not be back
My wife, kids and I have been coming here for 11years. That being said, tonight's dinner was a little disappointing. From small portions, on a $15 menu item, to the server just not understanding what was being asked...even when the server and I agreed on what I was speaking about...three different times. I know that everyone has an 'off' day, and that's cool. I am not out to make a bad revue, just saying how it was. 61117
