I am an interior designer that often needs and uses carpentry and painting services (for myself and my clients). I have had some really bad experiences over the years, but I have to say I have FINALLY found someone I can call for just about anything. The estimator (alex) come out and did some measurements and told me he would email me the estimate in a few hours. I recieved the estimate and was ready to schedule the work. I dont recall exact amount or date... its just a guestimate, but a couple of guys came out and were extremely nice and polite. they worked really hard and kept me updated on the status. Showed up for estimate, was rude because there was another estimator and said there is a $400 min job charge...so what ever they quote I am sure they will inflate their labor costs to make sure the "job is worth their time"

They never showed up. I scheduled this 3 weeks ago and sent them my punch-list. I took today off and when I called them, they said that they failed to send me a contract and weren't going to be able to come out and were extremely non-chalant and made it seem like it was my fault. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We scheduled an appointment today for general handyman work.
He came up today and told me that he doesn't do any flooring and don't really do windows even though it says window repair on their profile. This was a waste of my time. Window repair, lay carpet in closet

Contacted office twice during business hours and received voicemail promising message would be returned same day. Left message asking to schedule an exterior painting estimate and four days later still have not received the courtesy of a reply. Carpentry repairs and exterior house painting.

Their estimate was the lowest by far. The next higher was 2.5 times as much. The quality of the work seemed good, although I was a little miffed that I paid $1000 for 4 hours of work from 2 men, with minimal materials. I thought this would have been a bigger project, which leads me to wonder just how well they did the job. There were issues with getting the estimate correct and overall communication problems. I don't know if this organization incompetent or doesn't value customer service, but they kept me waiting for 30 mins and then didn't even bother to show up. Especially annoying since I had called to confirm 30 m ins before meeting and was told everything was on schedule. If I hadn't have gotten frustrated and gone home, I doubt they would have contacted me and I could have been waiting there even longer.
