This is a good company to work with. Mike, the estimator, was punctual and thorough. He was quick and responsive with questions and clarifications. His estimate was close to, but less than, the others I had received. Scheduling was easy, they were ready to start nearly immediately, and once working, the whole job took less than a week. They did an adequate job. I feel that I wasn't as thorough with what I requested as what I should have been. I don't feel like it was their fault and they fixed exactly what I told them to do. I should have said to go through the entire wood on the front and check everything. Overall they did a good job. They did some trim repair around my front door.

The first team, made up of Drew, cleaned gutters and power washed, painted ceiling and pre-treated the spot to make certain there was adequate coverage with the paint; a second team, led by Randy, spent a whole Saturday from early morning until dark to do the exterior painting. They were unable to finish and returned the following Monday to finish up. They provided top grade Sherwin Williams paint for the painting needs. They used quality Sherwin Williams paint and provided all needed in price. The interior painting, power washing and gutter cleaning was done by one person (Drew), who was punctual, professional and personable. Everything was left as it was before he came and he was extremely conscientious about doing the job right with as little interference as possible. Prompt and easy estimate. On time for the work that was scheduled, and performed the work as estimated. Very professional. The repairs to the sill and fascia boards replaced wood with PVC. Exceeded my expectations. Painting was done well, with very little splash or paint transfer. Better job than I would have been able to do. Be detailed in what services you expect to receive, and the estimate will reflect that. They will do exactly what the estimate says, and do good work. Went well. Great Job Replaced rotten trim around house. Replaced front frame trim. Replaced front and back door sweepers. Replaced inside window ceil. And painted what was replaced.

A gentleman came to do the estimate and provide a cost for the work. That same day I agreed to the estimate, signed the contract of which he took both copies and I have never received a copy of the work to be done. I had to contact them to find out when the work would be done. The power=washing occurred and that was done well. The carpentry guys arrived and did their work - very well done. We thought the estimator had a good understanding of what we wanted, but after the job was started we were told there would be additional charges. That seemed a little excessive, but we had no choice at that point. We did deduct the 15% Angie's List discount and that was questioned. All that aside, however, the workmen did an excellent job.
