CPE did a beautiful job of fixing and painting my house. They gave me an estimate that was around what I expected, and they stuck to it. A few extra things had to be done, but they were done using change orders so I had the final say on what would be done and I agreed on the price. The paint job is just beautiful--I've had the house painted before, but not as nicely as CPE did it. I intend to call them again for any other work I need on the house. Carpentry to replace rotted siding and woodwork on exterior of older house

Initial estimate person arrived promptly and was very efficient and professional, although he did miss a few things on the list of jobs, which then had to added later. Carpentry crew was prompt and efficient, painters not so much. Main problem is that there are too many different crews for the various aspects of each job, so communication tends to break down, esp. since each crew speaks a different language. Power wash team was the worst, they didn't seem to know why they were here. 3-4 day job lasted 4 weeks due to weather ... read more

unknown The company painted our windows, trim, doors, deck, railings, etc. They also made repairs to some rotted wood portions of our trim. Their estimate was professional and detailed, prices were very competitive, and the work was completed in a timely manner, with good communication throughout the several days of the job. My side wooden fence had taken a beating due to age and weather. The lock just didn't work and eventually fell off. An animal of some sort crawled under the front porch and in doing so broke the lattice. I live in a covenant community and needed to have the front porch risers repaired and painted. Representatives of the company suggested that I consider PVC, which would provide longevity, meet the community standards, and eliminate the need for constant painting. unknown They fixed my porch very quickly outside of the stairs. Due to needing a custom peice, the stairs took longer. I would have loved to know up front how long it was going to take.

The gentleman who came out to do the initial estimate did a very good job, arrived on time, and was thorough in how he explained our needs. The estimate got to us quickly. We had two properties on which we were requesting work. It got a little muddled from there because we sent the deposit and paperwork to get work done on one house, but they applied it to the other house. Everything looks great. My porch floor was a different color and they came out and matched it even though I did not have a sample or any idea where I got the paint. They also were careful and avoided any drips on my neighbors property and even covered his motorcycle to avoid mishaps. Very professional and always there when they said they would be. This company is extremely professional and excellent at customer service. Our house looks wonderful and the crew was punctual, polite, and professional. We had our house siding, railings, and trim painted and some repairs.
