****, from Technical Support, was quickly able to resolve the low battery alert on my sensor. He gets 5 stars.However, I had to schedule a callback after a lengthy wait period AND there was nothing available Odin the FAQs for diagnosing what turned out to be a very basic problem. When changing the battery in a sensor, you must wait for 1 to 2 minutes before inserting a new battery in order to reset the sensor. I would have thought this would be #1 in the troubleshooting list. Hence the 4 star rating.

My doorbell camera failed. Due to an apparent misunderstanding a replacement was not sent. After a followup, a new doorbell camera was received. A customer service spent an hour on the phone with me before it was finally working. I later determined that the inside chime wasn't working. On a third call, customer service was able to determine that the problem was with my home equipment. I took their recommended corrective action and the problem was resolved.Customer Service was always courteous and professional.
